Mumbai: Music composer A R Rahman has claimed that there’s a “gang” within the Hindi movie business this is combating him from getting paintings. So when Mukesh Chhabra came to me, I gave him four songs in two days. He said, ‘Sir, how many people said don’t go, don’t go (to him). They told me stories after stories’,” he mentioned.

“I heard that, and I said, ‘yeah okay, now I understand why I am doing less (work) and why the good movies are not coming to me.’ I am doing dark movies, because there is a whole gang working against me, without them knowing that they are doing harm,” the composer added.

Rahman has composed the track for Rajput’s closing film “Dil Bechara”, which premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on Friday. The movie, directed by way of Mukesh Chhabra, additionally options Sanjana Sanghi and Saif Ali Khan.

The composer additional mentioned that he’s acutely aware of other people’s expectancies from him however the “gang” is stepping into his approach.

“People expect me to do stuff, however there may be any other gang of other people combating that from going down. It is ok as a result of I consider in future. I consider that the entirety comes from God.
