Stateless Season 2 Release Date, Trailer and Everything We Know So Far About This Australian Show’s Prospects!! – Wink Report



Stateless is an Australian show that released on Netflix on the 8th of July 2020. The show was given a global platform which now enables people across the globe to witness Australian talent. Stateless is inspired from a real life story of Cornelia Rau. Rau was an Australian permanent citizen who had been detailed on unlawful grounds at the Australian Government’s mandatory detention program. The series has been co-created by Cate Blanchett.

Stateless Season 2 Release Date

The episodes for Stateless Season 1 released on Netflix on 8th July 2020. The show has been well received considering the type of content it has generated and that it has given a glimpse into Australia. It will take a while until we have an official confirmation for Stateless Season 2 but we ought to be hopeful for the same.

Stateless Season 2 is not scheduled to release anytime soon. The possibility of Stateless Season 2 is also grim considering the conclusive ending of the first season.

Stateless Season 2 Plot

The plot in Season 1 followed the lives of four strangers, all from different backgrounds. They are stuck together in an Australian detention center, each for a reason known to them and varying from the other. The show then dived into a series of flashbacks, narrating the incidents that led to them being brought to the detention center. The narratives move in and out across the four strangers until it unites at the Australian immigration system.

One of the four detainees is an air hostess who has fled from a cult. The second is an Afghani refugee who wishes to start a new life with his family, the third a bureaucrat who has found himself in the midst of a national scandal and a young father of three children who flees from a dead end job. All the stories scratched the surface of humanity.

Stateless Season 2 Trailer
