An Oklahoma based woman tried to chop off her fiancee’s head
An Oklahoma woman is behind bars after reportedly trying to cut off a man’s head in their McAlester home.
Sources reported that 30-year-old Crystal Haworth entered the Pittsburgh Sheriff’s office “covered in blood” on Wednesday and admitted that she “repeatedly” attempted to cut the head of 57-year-old Leonard Brokshalder during an altercation at the interior of their home.
The victim was pronounced dead by the doctors
Investigators went to a residence near G Street and Polk Avenue, where they found the unconscious victim with multiple stab wounds on his body and a cut on the neck that “almost beheaded him”, according to the authorities.
He was later pronounced dead by doctors from the McAlester fire department.
Haworth allegedly admitted to investigators that she had been engaged to Brokeshoulder for several months and had planned to “kill him and take all his property”.
Charges against Haworth
Haworth was charged with first-degree murder on Thursday. His bond was set at $ 1 million.
“Lenny has been loved by his family and will always miss him,” the victim’s family member said in a statement. “We are shocked by pain and shocked by the event. We expect this woman to be persecuted to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our terrible crimes will change our lives forever. “
